Course Instructor

Milton Krivokuca is Chair Emeritus of the Master of Science Quality Assurance program at California State University Dominguez Hills, Carson, CA. He has also taught master’s classes in critical thinking and quality theories at California State University Fullerton, Illinois State University, Meta Business School, University of California Riverside, Al Yamama University Riyadh, and University of Redlands.

Additionally, he has presented papers in Viet Nam, Jamaica, Hong Kong, Trinidad, China, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Ghana, Nigeria, Czech Republic, and the UAE, as well as countless locations throughout the United States and Canada. He is past chair of American Society for Quality Management Technical Community, and an ASQ Fellow.

Dr. Krivokuca’s advanced degrees include an MA, MBA, and a DBA. He is a contributing subject matter expert to the Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence Handbook. Currently, his work involves developing research related to the application of performance improvement techniques, focusing on integrating human capital with Big Data, to address the unique issues challenging managers in Industry 4.0.
