How we help you

Our learning experience designers will provide you with the resources you need to ensure success in the classroom. While you concentrate on teaching, we manage course development, coordinate the course administration and supply you with hardware, software, and course notes.

We offer plenty of resources on how to create your first course. And, our instructor dashboard and curriculum pages help keep you organized. Regular onboarding calls are conducted with all the instructors, to provide you with latest technology and course trends, so you would be able to provide a better offering for your students.

Yalla.Study is a marketplace for educational content. Your course material should be designed with student learning in mind and not personal promotion. 

To ensure that your course material is relevant to your students, please ensure that the majority of the information you provide is directly applicable to the course. If we find that a particular piece of course material does not contribute to student learning within the course, we reserve the right to remove it from our marketplace.

Learners would like to get their questions answered before making the purchase, so please don’t include anything that will distract them from this goal!

During the course submission, make sure to include the following details:

  • Course overview
  • Key benefits
  • Difficulty level
  • Targeted Audience
  • Course outline by day
How we help you

We will carefully review the content submitted, and approve, deny or send it back for further changes.

Our time can also set up a Zoom/MS Teams meeting to walk you through the features of the platform or clarify any further questions.

Instructor Rules

Instructor Eligibility

There are no specific requirements, although we do thoroughly check all potential teachers before approving them. It does help to have some or all of the following requirements (although they are not necessary!):

  • Previous teaching experience.
  • A qualification in your chosen skill.
  • A passion for your chosen skill.
  • A suitable venue for teaching in.
  • Previous customers to vouch for your ability to teach.

We believe that learning from our peers is something we should see more of, which is why we do our best to make it possible for anyone to teach if they have the passion and drive to do so! 
Excessive cancellation or disruption of classes

We understand that sometimes classes need to be cancelled for reasons out of your control. However, if we notice consistent class cancellations and ongoing student disruption then we will, at our sole discretion, put your partnership with Yalla.Study under review.
Keeping it legal

We don’t want to call in the boys in blue, so make sure you don’t break the law by:

  • submitting fake reviews or paying someone to submit content that benefits your school or class
  • copying other people’s content without permission or proper attribution—please be aware of copyright laws
  • scamming people into sharing personal information
  • stealing or borrowing anything from Yalla.Study or other sites (like copyright or trademark material)
  • breaking or hacking into private unauthorised places, especially if it’s with the intention of causing harm or stealing information
  • threatening, slandering, making libellous statements, harassing, invading people’s privacy or impersonating others
When we have to intervene

Yalla.Study does not edit the content of reviews, comments or other user generated content on Yalla.Study. However, we reserve the right to remove content that we determine to be inappropriate and/or in violation of the Yalla.Study community guidelines. Depending on the level of offence, violating the community guidelines may result in the termination of your Yalla.Study account without warning.
